Vincent Team Ortho is amazing. I always look forward to going in and no one is ever just another patient. The team knows you on a name by name basis and they answer all of my questions. I had problems with an appliance in my mouth and I emailed Dr. Vincent and he got back to me immediately and it was late at night. Everyone there makes you laugh and you can feel the support that they all give each other. The girls especially get so excited when some one learns something new. Dr. Vincent is a great boss, he teaches all of his assistants to know exactly what he does. I went in for a wire change and he brought everyone together and asked which way the wire needed to go into my mouth to move my teeth in a certain direction. They all guessed and thought about it, after a minute he told the answer and explained everything. Everybody in this office is so, so friendly and welcoming. I'm actually a little sad that I'm half way through my braces.. I'm honestly going to have to find reasons to go back sometimes because I just love everyone on the team so much. They're great.(:

My first three days of braces hurt a little but now I feel great! I can tell that my teeth are already moving. Everyone at Dr. Vincent's office are so nice and getting braces was not scary at all!! Thanks!
